Our MEDITATE blend consists of spiritual, aromatic, tones of frankincense, myrrh, benzoin, patchouli and sandalwood that will not only create a state of tranquility , but will help to cleanse the mind, body and spirit.

Directions of use: Can be used for oil burners, humidifiers, or mixed with a carrier oil, "4 drops maximum per 10ml of oil", for a bath or body massage.
