Our BREATHE blend consists of aromatic tones of eucalyptus, benzoin, thyme and fennel that will not only help to decongest the lungs, but will help to bring ease and flow to the mind, body and spirit.

Directions of use: Can be used for oil burners, humidifiers, or mixed with a carrier oil, "4 drops maximum per 10ml of oil", for a bath or body massage.
